Build 0.91 is out!

While fixing the bugs of 0.8 I stumbled into some HUGE bugs which I didn't find before. Fixed all of them in the current version.

Some of the fixes include:

• - scoring system not continueing throughout levels 
• - animations not working after level 1
• - jumping not working after level 1
• - big crash at deadend std.
• - make esc a menu button
• - door not opening in level 3
• - door lights larger so it is easier to spot which doors can open
• animations tied to move speed
